  Pet Sitting Services<\/strong><\/h2>

  Pet sitting services are available for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, fish and other household animals. Pet sitters and pet owners will determine the level of services required which can involved daily (and sometimes, multiple) home visits to care of an animal. Overnight stay are also often required<\/p>

  Pet sitters offer a variety of services at a variety of prices. The following is the typical schedule as provided by a PSI affiliated pet sitter and is included as information. Not all pet sitters will provide exactly the same services and or schedules.<\/p>

  \u00a0Initial Visit<\/b><\/p>

  When we come for your free initial visit, we will want to do the following:<\/p>

  • Meet you and get acquainted with your pets.<\/li>
  • Get detailed information about caring for your pets and your home.<\/li>
  • Get veterinary release signature.<\/li>
  • Pick up a door key.<\/li>
  • Complete a service agreement.<\/li>
  • Answer any questions you may have.<\/li><\/ul>

    During this visit, you decide how often you want our sitter to visit each day and what services you want performed.<\/p>

      Visits last 20-30 minutes and can be provided at any time of the day you prefer - morning, midday and evening.<\/strong><\/p>

      Clients can schedule as many visits as they feel necessary for their pets, and they can specify the times the visits will be made.<\/p>

      30 minute visit to home - This service is for dog owners who lead busy lives. Your work or travel may keep you away from home and your dog for more than 12 hours at a time and you may not have someone reliable who can care for them. Dogs need companionship, exercise, food, and water at regular intervals, and they thrive when they know that someone cares about them. If they are left for too long without human intervention, they can become bored and destructive. <\/p>

      The pet sitter\u2019s visits provide comfort, companionship and a touch of loving care when you can\u2019t be there. The visit includes all of our customary services: feeding, fresh water, bringing in the mail, newspaper, and turning on and off lights, etc. Visits also include giving medication which can be extremely important if dogs are on prescriptions requiring periodic dosages.<\/p>

      Prices<\/b><\/p>

      On average, pet sitters commonly charge between $20 to $40 per day.\u00a0 Of course, this pricing is predicated on the level of services required. A 30 minutes visit is often priced at $25 while overnight stays for pet sitting will usually priced at $75 to $95, again depending on the services required.<\/p>

      Pet sitters usually charge more for 24 hours stay, or for additional pets.<\/p>

      Cats only: $25.00 for first visit, $10.00 each additional visit on the same day.<\/p>

      Mid-day dog walk and\/or potty break: $25 per visit.<\/p>

      Dogs & Cats: Base rate is $25.00 for the first visit, $10.00 each additional visit on the same day.
      Price includes first two dogs.<\/p>

      1 - 2 pets - $25.00\/day for first visit, $10.00 each additional visit on\u00a0same day.
      3 - 5 pets \u2013 $30.00\/day for first visit, $15.00 each additional visit on same day.
      6 or more pets \u2013 $40.00 per visit, $20.00 each additional visit on same day.

      Daily dog walks<\/strong> may include regularly scheduled days of the week (Monday through Friday), or be customized to your specific needs. Visits may be scheduled for morning, mid-day, or early evening times.
